30th October, 

27th October  - manchester was a fantastic weekend and the energy at the Gorton Monastery is fantastic.   I will be running a two day workshop there next year.   Just in the process of organising dates with them etc.   My few days off in Jersey were very relaxing and the weather was beautiful but catching up is always the problem.  

I always knew we would have an indian summer but it is surpassing even my expectations. So I just have to make the most of it while I can. So made the time for A walk in the woods and a glass of rose while the sun shines. Take the time it is worth it. May the angels smile upon you.  While I get on today with next month's newsletter which may be a bit late going out because there is still so much to catch up on.

16th October Off to Manchester today then a few days away, without my computer, before Stockport following weekend. So wishing everyone peace, love and sunshine. The angels will make sure I don't suffer computer withdrawal symptoms. 15.10.09 Samuael - New Beginning. There is a new beginning in your life but nothing new can come in until something old has gone to make room for it. So don’t fear letting go
of the old just welcome a new and exciting development in your life.   Let go of the past and embrace the unknown with wonder. Samuael is watching over you so all will be well.  Affirmation  -  I Let Go Joyfully.  I have let go of all preconceived idea of what my life and future are going to be.   My second Saturn return is finally over (yesterday) and I am already feeling much much better.   More going with the flow for me.   

9.10.09 Love is the Key so let it be  so how are you going to show someone you love them today.   Whether it be our beautiful planet who is gracing us with such a lovely indian summer, the animals, family, friends, partners or your fellow human beings and even yourself.   What are you going to do today to show you care?   each individual, thought, actions etc adds up to raising the level of loving vibration in our world and thus heals the fear and the pain of others.   So go for it.   How many times today can you express love and in how many ways.   You might for instance just take a few minutes for yourself and see the colour and light on the trees and say thank you for God/Goddess for being alive.   In this simple act you have give time to yourself which will relax and refill your soul loving energy, (an act of love to you), you have honnoured our beautiful planet (so by focussing on her you are sending healing energy to Ghia) and by being grateful you are honnouring our creator/ess and sharing the love with the one oversoul thus every other being.  Then of course you can also go and give a few people a hug.   Or spend a moment really listening to someone you care about.   What is the message behind there actions.   Every day I  am home my partner brings me two cups of tea in bed while I am writing my facebook and doing my email.   That's love.    Maybe I'll remember to make him a coffee later. So lete know how you decide to express your love today.

7.10.09 Not too good with daily messages am I.   I just don't know where time goes.    Well thank you everyone who came to visit me on my stand at Olympia for making it such a successful show for me and all those of you who entered the free prize drawer will be receiving the newsletter from next month.  When I dug around in my bowl of cards this morning for the card for today I did in fact pick out three.   Most probably to cover Monday and Tuesday as well.   So here they are  OCTOBER IS THE KEY - TAKE A CALCULATED RISK.    THE CADUCEUS BRINGS BALANCE,  and  RAZIEL ARCHANGEL OF MAGIC.  Raziel is the keeper of all earthly and celestial knowlege.  You are being asked to connect to your soul essence and bring hte magic back into your lives.    When I think of these three together.   Perhaps it is just saying the October, ie right now, it is time to take the risk of connecting to your divine essense in your daily life.  IE the balance that we seek between our human existance and our divine being.   We would surely then be living a magical life.   Use the caduseus to balance the masculine and feminine energies within you.   The Caduseus is the symbol for Archangel Raphael angel of healing and science.   Bringing those worlds together of the mind and the heart.   Have a great day.  

29.09.09  A NEW DAY as light returns to the world -  I got up at an ungodly hour to collect my grown up son and his girlfriend from Gatwick.   As well as the fact that it is good to know he still needs me occasionally, I was rewarded with a beautiful sun rise.   As I watched it (whilst driving round the M25) I was struck that every day is a new day, that every day the light comes back into the world. We are light workers and we forget the we are both individually and collectively the light within this world and that every day is a new day and every day we can remember to do things differently.  To shine that light a little brighter.   To smile at the stanger, to give without expecting anything in return, to care for others and help them in any way I can whenever I can.   To bring a little light to others in this world especially if they are down in the dark for any reason.   If I want to live in a world of love and light then I have to live my belief and walk my talk.   Not just for those who are asking for help, not just for the starving millions in the world, not just by sending distance healing, and energy to assist the planet but also for the little individual things and people.   We did not build our society in a day and we will not bring in the new consciousness in a day either.   We can wait for things to happen, then moan about them, or we can make them happen in your own little world and shine that light a bit brighter each day.  Loving the world is not difficult.  Loving the screaming brat playing havoc when I am trying to enjoy a lovely sunny afternoon, especially when I so rarely have a sunday with time to myself, is not.  Loving the playground bully who hurt your child, loving the militants in every religeon is not.  Wanting a peaceful, loving, accepting world is easy living it is not.   Every day the sun comes up and brings light back into our world.  From the darkness comes the light and every day I get to say to myself,  JUST FOR TODAY ..... and that is easier.   Just for today I shall remember that the screaming brat is a part of myself, and once I behaved like that, I just choose not to now.   And Just for today I will find it in my heart to love not only that brat but all those others who chose a different path, or who live in fear rather than the light.   Every night I shall face my fears and every day I shall move further into the light.   I shall continue sending the distance healing but also remember that I have to walk the talk as well because if I cannot find it in my heart to love unconditionally how can I expect anything in the world to change.  

27.9.09   GRACE  what is it and how do you connect to it?   What are your views.   For me Grace is a state of being.   It is within each and every one of us as soon as we are able to accept and surrender to the divine within ourselves and others.   You accept without attachment.  When you live in grace everything flows serenely.   Personally I experience moments and they feel wonderful but then life and old patterns take over again.    Just for today I will take time out to experience grace. 

26.09.09 Today's thought is "Now is a time for a new beginning". Every day the sun goes down and every day it comes up. Every day and every moment is an opportunity to do something different. To make a choice that makes a difference. Whether it is a smile at a stranger, whether it is to finally take that step you have been putting off, may even be to start that Gym routine. I am great a finding other things that are more important than that. So lets every day just spend a few moments thinking about something good. Something to make us laugh or cry, something to share with each other. 2012 is fast approaching and as we all raise our invidividual consciousness then so we raise group consciousness and global consciousness because as science is showing us, everything is connected. Science also says that the more people who join together to do anything energetically such as prayer the more effect it has. So lets every day take a few moments to focus on raising our own vibrations and that of everything else, little by little our lives will improve. Everyday I send healing energy to our planet, my distance healing list in particular and around our world. Lets all join together and make a difference to our world. It is the little things that count, the smiles the reaching out to help each other, the healing touches. etc. Individually we can make a difference together we change the world.

23.09.09 My apologies to everyone for not getting back to you and not going on line but O2 seem to think Jersey is not part of the UK and were charging extortionate roaming charges.   I had not taken my cheap sim card for foreign travel because I always thought the CHanel Islands were part of the UK and therefore ???   anyway.   I had a lovely trip.   The show was not as well attended as would have been good but the people who did come were lovely people and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to work with many of them again.   I had never been to Jersey before so I had a quick look round the island I hope to return to have a bit of a holiday there shortly.  In the meantime I am playing catch up and will be answering your emails and telephone calls today until I go to High Wycombe this evening.   

Todays card was NURISH BODY MIND AND SPIRIT.   What does that mean I wonder.    Really I think it is about taking responsiblity for yourself.   If each and every day we take the responsibility to do  ONE thing to nurish each then slowly we will become the healthy balanced individual we chose to be and as we all do this then we set the example to others to take that responsiblity as well.   After all we cannot change the world and bring the peace and raised conciousness we strive for if we are not prepared to change ourselves.   So JUST FOR TODAY, (because if I give myself the goal of forever it feels TOO MUCH).   So JUST FOR TODAY I shall have a healty breakfast, (Body), Meditate for 20 minutes (Mind), and make sure I tell someone I love them (Spirit).  Then I can do it again tomorrow.  

On my way to Jersey I was honnoured by what I am sure is a very unusual sight.    I saw a rainbow but instead of it being in the sky it was in the water.   Crossing on the fast ferry  the sun was shinning on the water and I could see a rainbow at what looked like about 5ft below the water.   Strange and beautiful.   Unfortunately the picture I tried to take did not come out.   But a very special moment I can assure you.   As all the good books say  "as above so below".  

17.9.09  Peace   Archangel Amitiel will help us bring peace to our busy worlds.  Whatever our stresses and strains try to take a few moments to go within and connect to the inner peace that is within us all.   If you find this difficult then notice something in nature.   The colour of the flowers of the wonderful sunshine I have woken up to.    We all have the ability and if we take the time, and it does only need to be a moment or two then we can grow that peace and spread it around us.    People often tell me my voice is very calming and peaceful.   Especially the TV companies who what lots of "high energy" as they call it.    Being peaceful does not mean doing nothing, it is just about doing things in a less stresed manner.    We can all choose not to be stressed.   However much you have to do today just Ask the Angels to guide you into doing everything you need to do today for your highest good and that of everyone else.    KNOW that this is so and the choices of what you do and what you achieve will the just as they need to be.   Be busy by all means but let go of the stress and just notice the good things in life around us.  Today I am a lucky bunny because not only is it sunny I will be taking the ferry to Jersey so I actually get to go on the Sea which I always find exhilirating and peaceful.  I will be attending the Jersey Festival of Natural Living at the Royal Jersey Showground.   I will be doing 4 1 hour  workshops as well as readings so if you have friends in the Channel Islands then let them know. 

16.9.09  Soul Food & Archangel Ariel - Nature - all about making sure we get some time to come back to nature. To the pace of life. To the birth, life, death cycle that is all around us. I actually spent today working on new proposals for UK venues for my workshops and retreats. ie giving birth, I then spent some time on the beach listening to the Sea and feeling the wind in my hair as I let go of "Being TOO BUSY" to take time out for Soul Food. Sitting in nature is very much what refreshes my soul. Tomorrow I am off to Jersey for the MBS Festival and will be very busy so need to refresh myself before I go. So now I feel great. How about you, what did you do for soul food today?  Affirmation  "GO WITH THE FLOW"

15.9.09 - 15.9.09 The Card I picked today is  ALLOW CLOSURE ON A CERTAIN MATTER, which seems most relevant when combined with other info from my friend Steve Judd's astrology site.  Today Saturn and Uranus are in opposition.   This brings another round of changes and personal growth.   Saturn opposite Uranus brings on the one hand the sudden breakdown of rigid structures and on the other hand the bringing of a flexible stability into what is normally chaos.  This manifests every 42/3 years as a time of social unrest and change.    The new moon on 22nd are traditionally times of new beginnings,   With Mercury retrograde as well this is a signature is of endings and new beginnings accompanied in the short term by misinformation and mis-communication, of rigid structures collapsing, and of new flexible and transparent boundaries becoming the norm.   Saturn rules the status quo, while Uranus rules reform.  Saturn and Uranus are mortal enemies in mythology, and their combined energies in astrology signal tension and transformation. Issues that have been festering beneath the surface emerge, and the rules of the game shift. Uranus energy brings innovation through instability. Sudden and unexpected events shake our foundations and force us to look at things in a new way.
Now what do we do with this information.    Do we hide in our beds, fear the future and pray all will be well, or do we take advantage of this time.   we know we manifest our world by what we focus on so lets get on the roller coaster and enjoy the ride.   Know that everything that is no longer necessary in your life will leave it.   Making room for everything positive and new to come in.  Whatever this period of reform is for each of us it can only be for our highest goods, both personally and globally because as we all know the more rigid a structure is the more chance there is it will blow down in a storm, but if it is flexible then it will bend an spring back.  The more you resist the more things persist and perhaps it is time now to just joyously let go.   We can't change the heavens but we can change how we experience them.   

 14.09.09.  Todays message is from Archangel Micah angel of Patience. Interesting one this. Patience is a quality we all need to develop I am sure. But when does it turn into "lack of action" and a negating of taking responsibility for our own lives. We know everything comes to he who waits but if we are not allowing ourselves to be ourselves how will it be created. First we must accept ourselves and our lives as they are, perfect gifts for us to experience and explore and live in our present moment because that is what bring our futures towards us. Ask Micah to help you stop trying so hard to make things happen and instead enjoy living in the present and thus co-creating your future.

THE DANGERS OF MODERN COMMUNICATION

September 2009 PLUTO COMES OUT OF RETROGRADE

I write this today in humble gratitude to a loving soul whose light shines regardless of her personal circumstances.  I am sharing some personal learning in the hope it will help others to put things into perspective.  Pluto has been retrograde for the last 5 months and that means we have all be given the opportunity to look deeply into ourselves and let go old patterns of behaviour.  As someone committed to self-growth I have been taking advantage of this planetary opportunity and focusing on my own issues.    Problem is I now realise as Pluto starts to turn back to normal, that I have been focusing entirely on how everything is being mirrored to me and what it means to me and how I must change etc. etc. etc.   I had totally lost sight of the fact that THE WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND ME.  ME who knows all this and helps others identify their issues and let go and move on has fallen into the same old ego trap.   It is so easy to forget.   

The experiences we have of Oneness of connecting to the angels and the divine and the knowledge that we are part of something greater than ourselves all disappear in the struggle of day to day life and the fight for "Paying the Mortgage".   I truly believe there is "enough for everyone" and that the "Lord will Provide" and that "as one door closes another opens" but when the doors start closing the EGO grabs a hold again.   As a door closed for me this week I was caught in the trap of "What had I done"?  "Why me"  all the old pains of past rejections were brought to the surface and I wrongly attributed them to the "Current event".   Like lots of people I thought I had "dealt with that".   But life shows you in one way or another that there are always new things to learn and to be brought to your attention.   I realise I had fallen into my old ways of being.   Listening to "my Inner Critic", and family members saying things like "You must have upset her somehow", or "someone has it in for you" because that is their experience and after all they want to make me feel better and I want to grab at anything that will stop me feeling it's all my fault, which of course it isn't until I start to make it worse.   Whereas in fact people just have their own problems to deal with and in fact none of it has anything to do with the proverbial ME.   I in fact had made things worse and taken up someone's valuable time, who had much more important things to deal with and worry about than "soothing MY EGO and MY FEELINGS late at night by email after a long worrying day but she did and I am grateful.  I would like to humbly thank the person concerned, (who will know who she is when she reads this) and whom even before this I held in high esteem, knowing her to be a honourable and caring person full of integrity.  

HOW DID ALL THIS HAPPEN  - the dangers of modern communication- especially with Mercury Retrograde

Apart from me being stupid enough to fall into old traps and being too blind to see.   Even with the help and understanding of some good friends because I did not listen to what they actually said only what I wanted to hear.   With modern communication such as text and email we tend to dash off a response to things without necessarily thinking about how our communication is going to affect the receiver.   Things are much more instantaneous that they used to be.    The above senario happened because I received a letter, which touched on that still insecure part of me and I was upset, disappointed, and most probably angry that MY pre-laid plans and expectations had not been realised.   Instead of dashing off an angry reply, which I might have done a few years ago and which many of us do now, especially in difficult relationships when we receive a text, I gave myself time to let off steam by talking to those closest to me, (bad mistake this just fueled my insecurity).  Have you noticed that when people start to say things like  "I would do ...." or I think you should ....." etc just tends to leave you confused and following others advice rather than your own gut instincts and following what you intrinsically know to be true"  I new I liked, respected, and admired the person I had received the letter from and we had in fact discussed similar issues very recently, where she had soothed my bruised ego, but my feelings were stronger than my reason and my insecurity stronger than common sense when flamed by others own personal biased and experience of the world.   I did try to telephone her because I always think personal communication is better there is less likely-hood of misunderstandings but she was busy and I made the mistake of sending an email.   I did express my feelings, how hurt I was, what had I done wrong etc.   See all about ME ME ME again.  

My accountant said to me many months ago that he thought Email and Text was a disaster and he will never use them because they don't give you time to take an objective view of issues and that all that happens is you make matters worse.   I even remembered that while I was writing my email, the Angels were trying to tell me to stop,  but I thought I had already stood back and looked objectively, which I had, but only from MY point of view.   I let my feelings run away with me.  By morning with time and distance between receiving the letter I had begun to see things more clearly but guess what the email had been sent and the damage done.   Luckily for me the person on the other end was more enlightened than me at that time and did take the trouble to respond, without bitterness, rancor or lecturing, just giving it to me straight,  even though I am sure she would not only would have preferred to go to bed but she actually needed it more than wasting her time and energy on me.    And lets face it, the feelings were old feelings being lite by current circumstances.  Which are the lessons of life.    The message.  Notice when EGO grabs hold of you, it happens again and again and I thought I was pretty good a recognising it and don't fire of emails and texts when you feel emotionally charged.   Put yourself in SOMEONE else's shoes before you start making things worse. 

Thank you for my latest lesson and restoring me back to my higher self, hopefully not to drop again too soon.  I am grateful, priveliged and very lucky to have people like you in my life.   

Many of you will have stopped reading my BLOG because I have not been keeping it up to date.   I have been focusing on getting Facebook working.  Now I hope to be able to write here and link to facebook and twitter.  We shall see.   My purpose today in putting this here is because this is a long piece and because, when I have some more time, I will turn this into an article for all.

This has been a very busy month for me with lots of different things happening especially around change.  I have been working with Metatron and the Goddess of Creation and what I am going to be doing but more of that soon.

Had fabulous time at the Faery  Fest on Bodmnin Moor last weekend.   It was interesting and I learned a lot as well as having fun and dressing up.  had some great experiences with Collingford Lake and Lady Mary Pool as well.  If I ever get time to write them up they will go under MY Travels as will The Pictures.

Been working on updating the workshops I am doing over the next 6 months so please see the workshop section or course dates for info.  As well as modernising my home.

Slowing down to the pace of nature.   Watching the ocean crashing against the shore day after day creating a new shoreline along the way.   Change is often so subtle we don't notice but it happens under our very eyes if only we are observant.    Off to Bodmin Moor tomorrow for the Faery Fest and a weekend of working with nature.    The more we slow down the more we notice what is important to us.

Well I have exchanged a hotel room in Melbourne for a hotel room in Lincoln but at least the sun is shinning here.   My newsletter is likely to be a bit late this month owning to catching up but I Hope to have it out by the end of next week.

Well I am back, or at least my body is.   Recovering from jet lag today and starting work tomorrow so for anyone who has left me a message or sent  me a reading request I will be responding in the next couple of days .  From  Wednesday to Monday you can find me at the London MBS Fair Horticultural Halls. Victoria.  Then I hope to get a chance to write up some of my experiences at the Jamieson Sanctury which is 3 hours north of Melbourne.   A fantastic place the energy is fantastic and God and the Angels willing I will run a retreat there one day.

Sun shone yesterday as I left the sunshine coast but it is raining in Melbourne,   Strange it is sad to leave friends as I left Eve yesterday but good to see others today.    Off to Jamiesons Sanctury tomorrow so will tell you all about it then.   Looking foreward to walking the labarynth.    And Happy Birthday Mum - I can feel your presence.  Thanks.

Firstly happy birthday to my wonderful son Stephen.   and an example of Soul Mates.  Yesterday it rained on the so called sunshine coast so my good friend of 45 yearsEvelyn and I went to the mountains to find the sun.   THe angels smiled on us because the sun shone and we had a wonderful day.   Spent out though.   Finally starting to relax.  We have that effect on each other. 
Although we live miles appart we are never truly separated.  We have always managed to support each other through thick and thin inspite of disagreements and dispite the distance.  
As someone commented yesterday our friendship has outlasted our partnerships.   Our relationship is a good example of Soul Mates.   We come and go from each others lives as and when necessary.   Helping and supporting but not interferring.   Soul Mates do not have to be romantic relatiosnhips.  They come in to help you move on in some way then they often leave.   How many Soul Mates have come into your life when you needed it.  Think about who in your life may well have been a true soul mate and silently send them a prayer of thanks.

Well the Sydney show was a resounding success but I was so busy I missed the Darling Harbour 21st Birthday firework celebration.   Running late as usual.   Today I am off round the harbour for a bit of R&R before starting on my daughter's shopping list.    Then off to the sunshine coast for a couple of days.   Be in touch.   By the way the rain has stopped.    Love to you all.

27th April 2009  Angel Sighting.

This came from a client/friend who was having a lot of difficulties earlier this month.   She kindly has allowed me to share it with you.      

This morning I came down to the kitchen to find an Angel there waiting for me!  How cool is this!!  The sun was shining on the wall clock and reflecting onto the opposite wall, in the shape of - well see for yourself - an angel :0)  Just wanted to share with you because I have NO idea how a perfectly round clock could make a reflection that looks like THIS... go figure!!!   Picture to come as soon as I can find out how to load it.

I will be tweeting whilst I am away but will also try to put a few things in here.   Life feels so stressed at present.   So many people seem to have been following the energies for April and reflecting and going through the rebirthing cycle described in the April Newsletter and Venus has finally gone forward again so things are going to be getting better.  So chin up everyone. Certainly for me there has been so much going on I have not really been able to do much reflecting but it has been happening anyway with old friends coming back into my life which is good.    As for the reflection there are a few days left in April and I will have plenty of time on the plane to catch up with you all.   Enjoy the May newsletter when it comes.

Lovely distance healing story

I received a request for some healing from a man Maine USA.   A few days later I received this email.  "hi joylina , there is this dove sitting on the window in the place here where I live , I thought it had a broken wing so I finally went to give it some steamed brown rice . It flew off and there was an egg. It came back and it is still sitting on it . so lol please keep the healing coming, thanks."  Isn't that lovely.

Thank you everyone who tuned in to the aquarian energies on valentines day.  I saw Jude at Stonehenge on Sunday and she estimated over 1 million people were sending unconditional love all around the world.   I had some very interesting experiences and from the people I have spoken to so did they.
