Eth is the angel who sees everything happens at the appointed time. He brings people together; he opens doors that had previously been closed. He ensures everything falls perfectly into place when the time is right.
Archangel Eth has been guiding me most of the winter and Inspired what follows. In a way this is how the angels help us even when we are not aware.
In these changing times so many things seem timeless. The ocean beats against the shore endlessly. Every day the sun comes up and goes down. The cycle of the moon never changes. But with every wave the shoreline changes, with every sunrise the seasons turn, year in and year out.
Everywhere there is the cycle of life, death, and rebirth. We are in a time of rebirth, of spiritual growth. Every thought we have is like a wave. Every thought can be examined. The question is HOW DOES THIS THOUGHT SERVE OTHERS. As we examine our thoughts we can change them and this changes the shoreline or our life. It changes the pebbles on the beach. So as we examine and let go of thought patterns that no longer serve us then so we create a richer more rewarding live for others and ourselves.
So whenever you are feeling resentful, frustrated, stressed, ask yourself “who would I be without this feeling or thought” then let it go and connect to that other feeling which takes you deeper to the core essence of the love within.
So what does this mean for us now in the context of the spiritual awakening taking place in our world? Remember that we each have our own parts to play in the overall picture. One person can change the world when the time is right because it has been done, Gandhi for one.
In Mid January Saturn went retrograde and does not come forward again till May. Saturn teaches us our lessons in life and in this year of spiritual awakening it means that lots of old issues are coming up again. That is the spiritual journey. In the northern hemisphere February is the month for pruning. For cutting back the dead wood and preparing the soil. It’s hard work. So is spiritual growth and this is what we need to be doing. Going into ourselves and examining what we do want and what we don’t. What is our truth and what is not? Clearing away the weeds and the dead wood and giving ourselves space to grow.
I am sure many of you have heard of Feng Shui and how important it is to balance energy. Whether that energy is within our homes, our offices or us.
I love working with metaphor I find it such a powerful tool. With the cycles of the year and what the planets are encouraging I realize I have already been very busy. I have been redecorating and modernizing my home. Clearing out the cupboards, getting rid of what I no longer need and making space for new things to come into my life. (I suppose you could call it early Spring Cleaning),
This is spiritual growth in practical terms. As I clear through the old stuff, then so memories, emotions, feelings, thoughts come up for me to examine and let go of, or put back in a cupboard to be dealt with later. As we re-organise our lives we can examine our current perspective. Are those thoughts, those beliefs still real, where they ever our truth or just part of our learning. Had we misunderstood, or could we have been fooling ourselves. As we clear out the clutter of our lives both physically and spiritually we can begin to see the new shoots. The flower that has always been there and just needs space to grow. By working with the energy of the planets and the season we can clear out not only physically, but also emotionally and mentally thus creating the space for the new to flow in both mentally, emotionally and physically.
This is what Eth means when he talks of everything happening in perfect time.
But how can we clear the dead wood.
But even if you can’t make it, you can work with the energies of this month and clear the way for the new to come in.
