As the light went in my body and on the surface of me, my hands got warm, tingled and wiggled left and right vigorously. My neck and shoulders, too. It was as if the neck and shoulder bones were adjusting by themselves into the right position.
As I was starting to analyze in my head what was going on, suddenly I heard a voice which said 'Enjoy the light' So, I stop thinking and just enjoy the white light shower. When I was in the white light, I experienced a strange feeling. I felt eternity, love (I think people call this unconditional love) I also heard a female voice which said she was very happy to finally be able to talk to me. Anyway I felf very happy and content. I first thought twenty minutes might be too long to sit still, but the time had just flew away.
I could sit still much much longer time. It was a new experience and such an enjoyable time. I knew when your attunement started and ended. Those are my experiences. Thanks R Japan
