Hello I know I don't usually send out more than one newsletter a month but it would be remiss of me not to share these time sensivitive opportunities with you today... Many of you will be aware of the unusual planetary influences taking place, including the lunar and solar eclipses that occurred whilst the Grand Cross has been in the skies. This Grand Cross really portends great change, both the recent eclipses have brought forth new energies that will further awaken and enhance the abilities of us all to reclaim our skills from past lives and enhance our present lives. Indeed the 5 planet configuration and associated angles represent an extremely rare and extraordinarily unique frequency that can offer a template of magnanimous change. We have been going through a massive unraveling and breaking down of old unconscious belief patterns and beginning to see things in very different ways. This is enabling each of us to let go of obsolete behavior patterns that do not serve our individual or collective highest good. I know for me these energies have been waking me up about 3am and leaving me feeling totally exhausted as my physical body adjusts to the higher vibrations. If this has been happening to you then know decisions you make now will have far reaching affects for us all. We are being asked to face and let go of our deepest fears and for some we don't even know what they are. It feels like either nothing is happening, we are stuck, or everything seems to be falling down around us. Just know that it is all happening for your highest good and the highest good of your loved ones and us all. The main misconception that we are collectively releasing is the belief that we are all separate rather than one. Our insistent belief in separation and duality and seeing differences and blaming others rather than taking personal responsibility for our lives individually and collectively. We are now developing unity consciousness and releasing the them and us paradigm. There is a particular influx of energy being made available to us on the 17th & 18th July and through September. As we know from past experience when we get together to meditate and send out our positive loving energies they have an accumulative effect therefore there is a suggested meditation to send the love and light of not only our own souls but of the over-soul, which I call God (feel free to substitute any other deity or form of words that suits you best). By connecting to our own inner divinity, (for we are all divine beings on a journey of development who have chosen to live in a human body), we can then really experience and understand the Truth that we are One with all Life - every thought, word, action and intention, affects the Universe as a whole. So at any time that is convenient to you, tune in and set the intention to join in with all light workers around the world, to the angels, ascended masters and other beings of light, to deepen this connection and help others begin the awakening process. Breathing in peace and love and breathing out peace and love. With every out-breathe you become more relaxed. More and more relaxed. Imagine yourself out in nature, in any beautiful place, whether it be somewhere you know or somewhere in your imagination. Perhaps where you meet your spirit guide or guardian angel. Wherever you feel safe and secure, a place of love. Just see and hear the sights and smells of this beautiful place. Imagine your roots going down from your feet deep into the earth and breathing up the mother earth energy, of the divine feminine, up through your body and into your heart and up out of your head and up into the Universe to connect to the Universal Energy. The energy of everything. Feel yourself connect to Universal Energy of the divine masculine, and breath it back down through your crown and into your heart. Feel the two loving energies. They continue to flow whatever. The sun shines on everyone and the earth grows for veryone regardless of who they are. Now I want you to remember a time when you felt deep unconditional love for yourself, or for someone else, perhaps the birth of your first child, or your wedding day or when you received and accepted unconditional love in some way. Whatever whenever, if nothing comes into your mind or no feelings start to pervade your body, then imagine how you would feel, how you would like to feel. Focus on the feelings in your body and take them deep into your heart chakra and expand them.
Feel the Universal Energy combine with the earth energy and with your own energy as they complete the triad, mother, father, child. Feel the connection and imagine the combined energies flowing out of your heart chakra out into the world. You are expanding your sacred self out into the world for the highest good of all sentient beings. Feel the energy flow to where-ever and when-ever you wish. Feel the connection within yourself to the unity of all things and allow it to flow where is wishes. Rest in this energy for as long as you wish and send out whatever intention you wish or you could use the following... "I invoke the love and light of God and all creation to expand out to the far reaches of our world and the Universe to release all fear and bring peace and love to all sentient beings for the highest good of all. I send forth my sacred self out into the world for the highest good of all". Stay in this space for as long as you wish and when you are ready come gently back to yourself.
