Please remember these are not professional recordings but the quality will improve as I learn more about how to do it. There is no specific structure to these messages they are as they come through. I am slowly getting to grips with technology and hopefully soon I will have found a way so these are down-loadable and then you will be able to put them on Ipods etc rather than having to listen through your computer.

This months message and meditation is all one recording from Archangel Sandolphon. This recording has less background noise because I have learned to do it differently. I would also like your feedback on whether you prefer these meditations with or without background music.

Chamuel Chamuel Chamuel please be here with me. Breathe the breathe of love into my heart chakra. imagine me breathing that love into your heart with every in breathe you take. Feel the love flooding through you and know that you are love. As you feel my unconditional love and acceptance of you and all things imagine it growing in your heart. As your heart overflows focus on your out breathe and let the love in your heat flood out to all things. If you have created a flower of life or the moveamulet in your heart then see either or both of these images spreading outwards encompassing family, friends, mankind, your planet. Feel that energy flooding into and growing and out of your heart. See and feel it connecting to others, sense the energy growing and expanding and moving within and without you and all things. as you send the image out from your heart chakra know that you are receiving and connecting to the same energies as you receive and give. Say to yourself
I am love, I live in grace,
DO this for as long as you like and when you are ready gently bring yourself back into your space and know that you can do this at any time in any space to bring yourself back into balance.

This meditation follows on from the one last month where you created your merkaba light body and the flower of life within your higher heart chakra. If you have not done this yet then I suggest you listen to that mediation first and then continue with this month’s.
Remember not to try too hard. Trying is not doing. For me this is a mystical experience and it comes when the time is right for each and every one of us. Do the meditations as often as you wish and know that you are growing at all times and that your experiences will deepen.
I also suggest you look at the new pictures at the end of the sacred geometry section on the website because this will help you with visualizing.
The Moveamulet is picture of approximately what you are creating in your higher heart chakra. I have copied this from www.crystalinks.com because it is the closest representation of my experience. It is known as the movamulet. It has been on their site for a number of years and I experienced it for the first time 4 years ago but did not know what it was or what it was for until now.
There are also some other pictures to help you visual the contents of the meditation such as Metatron’s cube how it links together including some that show approximately how I and others see the Universal matrix. These were painted by a client Penelope Cake although I am finding similar details coming through in many visionary artists current work. Thus confirming we are on the right lines. I suggest you look at these before you listen to the message and do the meditation. I have put one at the top.
