Peace in Times of Sress


I had to access and focus my energy on the deep love and inner knowing within. I had to know there was a purpose for this and to not only be calm and peaceful but feel it as well. With the exception of a couple of outbursts of irritability I succeeded in not only changing my fear based mind based horror into a peaceful, loving, caring experience. How did I do this? I went deep into my heart chakra where I can connect to the calm, powerful, sense of peaceful unconditional love within. I have a place or two in the world where I feel safe and at peace. I hold the energy of those places in my heart and whenever I need to centre myself in my own power and strength I use my imagination to go there. It totally changes the physical feelings in the body and thus gets control of the mind again.   

The best way of doing this is to physically be in the place, feeling the feelings, enhance the feelings in anyway you can  and just imagine them being in your heart chakra, holding a picture, the sound and the feeling in the heart. Then whenever you need to bring this energy into your life you take a look into your heart chakra and see and hear and sense your image and all the feelings you had at the time come flooding back into your heart, mind and body and bring you back to the centre of your being.
